Paul Huff

Paul graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and earned his Juris Doctorate from UC College of the Law, San Francisco. He has been an advocate for workers’ rights since his first year in law school and is dedicated to helping employees obtain justice for the illegal actions of their employers. He has extensive experience in a broad range of employment litigation, including unemployment insurance appeals, wage and hour violations, and harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases. Paul combines his legal expertise with genuine compassion to support clients through life’s most challenging moments. He understands the emotional weight these situations carry and approaches each case with empathy. This ensures clients feel heard, supported, and confident in Blackstone’s ability to advocate for them. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Paul is an avid basketball fan and especially enjoys watching his hometown Golden State Warriors. Paul loves running, traveling, and experiencing new places and cultures.
