Patrick J. Lannon

Patrick J. Lannon practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. Patrick earned his undergraduate degree (B.A., summa cum laude, 1991) from Columbia University where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and his law degree (J.D., magna cum laude, 1996) from Harvard University where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. Patrick is board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates and AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is a member of the Section's Trust Law, Estate and Trust Tax Planning, and Attorney Trust Officer Liaison Conference Committees. He is a past member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Florida Bar, Secretary of the South Dade Estate Planning Council, a member of the Miami Beach Estate Planning Group, and Treasurer of the Estate Planning Council of Greater Miami. Patrick was listed in Florida Super Lawyers in 2009 (Rising Stars). Patrick is a past board member of the Miami MetroZoo Feast for the Beast fundraiser. Patrick lectures frequently on estate planning, probate and trust topics.
