Ryanna T. Capalbo is a partner with Bilodeau Capalbo, LLC. Ryanna’s primary focus is in the areas of: Civil litigation Real estate litigation Family law Criminal law Personal injury Appellate practice Ryanna’s primary concentration is in representing secured and unsecured creditors in secured transactions, foreclosures, workouts, bankruptcy, and other transactional and litigation matters. Additionally, a substantial part of Ryanna’s practice involves counseling clients throughout all stages of the divorce and separation process, including custody, placement, relocation, child support, alimony, and equitable distribution issues. Experienced Representation: Ryanna’s legal experience also includes personal injury matters, automobile accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice, involving complex cases with permanent disabilities and structured settlements. Ryanna has a broad background of litigation experience regularly appearing before the state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. Ryanna received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Nebraska with a double major in Political Science and English and a minor in Communications. Ryanna earned her J.D. from Western Michigan University School Law School.
