James Bettersworth

James S. Bettersworth, who hails from Texas, completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Lutheran University and earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's Law School in 1997. Upon graduating from St. Mary's, he was granted his license to practice law in Texas on June 4th, 1998. Additionally, Mr. Bettersworth is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts of the Western District of Texas as well as hold a license enabling him to practice within the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals based in New Orleans. He is an active member of both the Texas Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Texas.
