Bethany Rogers

Having worked as both an Assistant District Attorney and a Criminal Defense Attorney, she has extensive trial experience in the Superior, District, and Juvenile Courts of Massachusetts. Attorney Rogers has successfully handled a wide variety of criminal cases, including firearms offenses, sex crimes, domestic violence, restraining order violations, DUI/OUI, motor vehicle homicide, manslaughter, drug offenses, robbery, assault and battery, breaking and entering, and more. Her skill in both litigation and negotiation makes her a strong advocate for her clients. Having started her career as a prosecutor, Attorney Rogers gained training and a deep understanding of investigatory techniques used by the government.
