Richard Steven Fregin

Richard has thirty-one years of experience in family law litigation including divorces, legal separations, paternity actions, establishment of custody, modification and enforcement of court orders, child support and orders of protection. He received two B.S. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (1985 and 1991, magna cum laude), and his J.D. degree (1994) from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
