Ceryndipity A Schoel

I am a civil litigation attorney licensed in the State of New Mexico. I approach my practice with thoughtfulness and empathy, combining careful legal analysis with a dedication to achieving practical and effective outcomes for my clients. I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where I also received a Certificate in Indian Law. I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico with a double major in Economics and Political Science. During my academic journey, I was honored with the Tort Scholar Award, which recognized my strong foundation in civil liability and litigation. My professional background includes experience in litigation support, policy development, and public service. I have contributed to complex legal and policy initiatives, such as projects aimed at expanding access to renewable energy for low-income households in New Mexico. Additionally, I have worked alongside government programs, supporting diversion courts, assisting victims navigating the legal system, and contributing to statewide economic recovery efforts that provided essential funding to small businesses. I care deeply about my community and the pursuit of justice. I have contributed to legal scholarship through my involvement with the Tribal Law Journal and have volunteered with organizations such as the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center and the ACLU of New Mexico.
