Adam Berner

Adam J. Berner is one of the few attorney-mediators whose first and primary profession is mediation, collaborative law, and conflict resolution. After receiving degrees in accounting, philosophy, and his JD, followed by mediation training at the nationally acclaimed mediation clinic at Cardozo School of Law, Adam continued his ADR pursuit to find the best training programs throughout the country. He now has thousands of hours of mediation and collaborative law training from an eclectic array of models and approaches. With this commitment to the field and his familiarity with a wide range of conflict resolution tools, he can best serve his clients in finding the right services for each case and situation at hand.
