Samira Ehsan

Samira is a proud Montgomery County native with an adventurous spirit. Whether she’s hiking scenic trails, traveling to explore new destinations, or discovering the latest local food hotspots, Samira embraces every opportunity to try something new. At home, Samira cherishes quality time with her husband and their three beloved furbabies who keep life both lively and heartwarming. Her energetic and compassionate approach extends beyond her personal interests into her legal practice, where she strives to make a difference in the lives of her clients. Samira joined Berman | Sobin | Gross LLP shortly after graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May 2024. While in law school, Samira served as a Student Attorney with the Innocence Project Clinic in Baltimore, where she honed her advocacy skills to correct the miscarriages of justice. Her dedication to her community also led her to serve as an Academic Success Mentor at her alma mater – a role she continues to hold, guiding aspiring lawyers toward academic achievement. Samira’s career in the legal profession began years prior, however, when she first obtained a job as a legal assistant to a criminal defense attorney, where she discovered her deep passion for client advocacy. Throughout the years, Samira has gained a well-rounded perspective and broad exposure to diverse clients and their needs by working for a variety of firms and practice groups, simultaneously while pursuing her law degree. This experience fostered her commitment and dedication to empowering clients and upholding their rights. At BSG, Samira specializes in workers’ compensation law and advocating for workers’ rights. She brings a unique blend of empathy, tenacity, and a client-first mindset to her advocacy, ensuring that every individual she represents receives the attention and justice they deserve.
