Charles Schultz

I focus my practice on Maryland workers' compensation and Baltimore personal injury law, representing individuals who have been injured on the job or due to someone else's negligence. My work spans areas including Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Prince George's County, Salisbury, Ocean City, Talbot County, and beyond. Many of my clients are police officers, firefighters, and first responders. I began my legal career representing municipal employers in the defense of workers' compensation claims. Drawing from my knowledge of defense tactics and strategies, I now offer a unique perspective that benefits my clients. For over a decade, I have been advocating for the rights of injured workers. I also frequently conduct seminars for local unions and workers, informing them about their legal rights under Maryland's workers' compensation laws. Additionally, I am active in the legislature, working to ensure that laws support and protect injured workers, particularly our first responders hurt in the line of duty.
