Carl A Rach

Carl has represented injured workers throughout the State of Maryland at the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission and in the Circuit Courts. The majority of Carl’s clients are Law Enforcement Officers where his experience provides a unique perspective to the interplay between the workers’ compensation claim and departmental concerns. On a regular basis, Carl has also represented Fire Fighters, Correctional Officers, Health Professionals, and Municipal Workers to name a few.
