Benjamin L. Vanasse

Benjamin Vanasse is a Pennsylvania personal injury attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficult legal challenges. A native of Lancaster County, Ben developed an early appreciation for the legal profession while growing up in a family of attorneys. That upbringing helped shape his strong sense of fairness and commitment to advocating for people in need. Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2017, Ben has built meaningful courtroom experience through his work in the Lancaster County legal system. He previously served as an Assistant Public Defender in Lancaster County, where he represented clients in complex and high-stakes matters, and as a law clerk in the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas. These roles gave him firsthand insight into courtroom procedures, legal strategy, and the challenges individuals face when navigating the justice system. Today, Ben focuses his practice on personal injury and catastrophic injury cases, including medical malpractice, trucking accidents, wrongful death, and other serious injury claims. He is committed to providing thoughtful, client-focused representation and understands that many of his clients come to him during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Ben approaches each case with empathy while working diligently to pursue meaningful results. Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Musicology from Bates College before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He is an active member of the Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
