Alycia M. Herriott

Alycia Herriott is an experienced Oregon trial attorney working primarily out of the firm’s Bend office. Alycia’s practice focuses on DUII Defense, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Victim’s Rights in Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, and Klamath Counties. Prior to working with Gilroy Napoli Short Law Group, Alycia had ten successful years as a Deputy District Attorney in both Deschutes County and Clackamas County, including time as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the Portland US Attorney’s Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, Alycia handled over 100 jury trials, including Homicide, Vehiclular Manslaughter, Measure 11 offenses and DUII’s. Alycia’s extensive knowledge of DUII law earned her a nomination for Oregon DUII Prosecutor of the Year in 2018. Alycia is able to use this knowledge to easily explain the criminal process, identify defenses, and strongly advocate for you.
