I have handled a wide range of complex business disputes, using technology and Artificial Intelligence to help my clients manage litigation in a cost-effective and efficient manner. My litigation team and I have extensive experience in both state and federal courts, always placing our clients' interests as the top priority. Some of the cases I have worked on include: - Disputes involving business partnerships within corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships; - Probate and trust-related conflicts; - Matters concerning restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements; - Breach of contract disputes. Over the past 20+ years, I have been fortunate to receive recognition from my peers for my work in business litigation. I have been rated as an Illinois Super Lawyer and named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Illinois. I was also recognized as one of the Top 100 Defense Lawyers in Illinois and awarded the highest honor from the American Trial Lawyers for my role in uncovering defects in the Ford Explorer, which led to one of the largest automotive recalls in history. I frequently lecture on the use of technology in litigation and have been acknowledged nationally as a leader in e-discovery. In October 2019, I was part of a team of lawyers honored by the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter for Trial Lawyer Excellence for successfully prosecuting a class action against State Farm. Additionally, I have assisted other attorneys in gathering electronic discovery for complex class actions and catastrophic injury cases, including the Boeing 747 MAX crash. I have sereved on the Illinois Supreme Court Task Force on AI and was the first Chair of the State Bar's Artificial Intelligence Committee.
