I am an Equity Partner at Beermann LLP and the only partner in the firm to advance from law clerk to owner. My practice focuses on representing high-profile clients, business owners, and individuals dealing with intricate family law matters. Throughout my career, I have handled thousands of cases, advising clients on divorce proceedings, both pre- and post-decree, parentage issues, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, international family law disputes, and domestic violence cases. I approach every case with an emphasis on strategy and long-term outcomes. In addition to more traditional family law matters, I provide guidance on unique situations, such as child relocation, non-parent visitation rights, and assisted reproduction technology. As an experienced litigator with a strong background in trial work, I am also a certified mediator. I am committed to resolving disputes efficiently whenever litigation can be avoided.
