Kevin A. James has represented a variety of real estate clients in both commercial and residential transactions and litigation, including complex quiet title matters, easement disputes, boundary line disputes and adjustments, commercial and residential non-disclosure actions, landlord-tenant issues, and purchase/sale agreements.
