Diego Bustillos

Mr. Bustillos’ practice focuses on business immigration. His clients can count on top-notch services, sincerity, and approachability when dealing with their immigration matters. Mr. Bustillos has successfully represented clients in complex EB1-Extraordinary Ability, and EB2 National Interest Waiver petitions; as well as E2 investor visas, and L1 intracompany transferee visas. By studying his clients’ business and area of expertise, Mr. Bustillos helps them find the best strategy for their immigration needs. Mr. Bustillos received his Master of Laws (LL.M) in Global Energy, International Arbitration and Environmental Law from the University of Texas School of Law and his Law Degree (LL.B) from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and Venezuela.
