About
Bradley began his career in law as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Rhesa Hawkins Barksdale of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He then joined King & Spalding, an AmLaw 50 firm whose clients represent over half of the Fortune Global 100, and became partner after only six years. Throughout his tenure, some of the largest corporations in the world entrusted Bradley with some of their most challenging, high-stakes matters. This experience is so important to his clients today: working people and families. One of Bradley’s greatest professional satisfactions has been his decision to stop defending large international businesses. Bradley instead put the skills he developed in Big Law to use representing individuals and families, people who don’t believe they have a voice when an injury or a senseless death turns their lives upside down. He’s won life-changing court cases for citizens harmed or defrauded by corporate wrongdoing. Few trial lawyers today have the breadth and scope of complex and challenging trial experience as Bradley. While most lawyers settle their cases without court involvement, he regularly takes cases before judges and juries. Bradley’s record includes victories in courtrooms throughout the Southeast (in states such as Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, and Florida), and around the country, from California to Pennsylvania. He also has experience successfully arguing cases on appeal before state Supreme Courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeal. Bradley has brought highly sophisticated cases to verdict, such as bellwether mass tort cases in a “complex litigation” jurisdiction (that is, the “tip of the spear” case that is tried first before thousands of similar cases) to a large-scale federal class action (involving thousands of claims litigated at once).
