Frank Bayuk Jr

Frank is one of Bayuk Pratt’s two founders and lead attorneys. His experience as a first-chair trial lawyer at some of the largest defense firms gives his clients — people injured or who have lost family members due to catastrophic accidents and faulty products — the edge they need to get the compensation and justice they deserve. A native of Ormond Beach, Florida, Frank has a simple reason for breaking free from big-law partnership. He came to believe that individuals and families should have the same elite level of legal representation usually reserved for the world’s most powerful companies. In the time since he and Bradley Pratt formed Bayuk Pratt in 2022, Frank has helped accident victims recover more than $300 million in compensation. Throughout his two decades in practice, Frank has tried dozens of cases to verdict — involving billions of dollars in damages — in courtrooms across Georgia and the U.S. Many of these extremely complex, high-stakes trials have been in some of the toughest jurisdictions.
