About
I am a licensed California attorney with a focused practice in family law. Originally from New York, I graduated magna cum laude from New York University and earned my law degree from NYU School of Law. After passing the California Bar, I moved to the Bay Area and began my legal career as a commercial litigator in Palo Alto. During this time, I represented individuals, Fortune 500 companies, and national trade associations, gaining a broad understanding of how people and organizations approach conflict. I later took a step back from active litigation to raise my children and became deeply involved in community leadership and advocacy. I founded the Mid-Peninsula Chapter of FEMALE, a national organization supporting women, served on its Board of Directors, and eventually became its National Co-Director. Through this work—now continued under the name Mothers & More—I often spoke about the transition from full-time professional work to full-time caregiving. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the challenges faced by working mothers, two-career households, parenting, and relationships, which naturally led to a successful life-coaching practice serving clients throughout the Bay Area. In 2018, I returned to practicing law and devoted my work entirely to family law. I believe that compassionate, effective, and creative representation can make a meaningful difference for clients dealing with dissolution, custody, and domestic violence matters. While I prioritize settlement for its efficiency and cost-effectiveness, I am prepared to advocate strongly when litigation is necessary. I also emphasize client education, as I believe informed clients are better equipped to make decisions that will impact their lives for years to come.
