Todd C. Barsumian

I was honored to be selected by Indiana Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013, and as a Super Lawyer from 2018 to present. Additionally, I have been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 40 under 40 for the State of Indiana and included in the Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in Indiana. I am also proud to have received the Top 100 Attorneys Lifetime Achievement Award in Indiana and to have been named to the National Association of Distinguished Counsel Nation's Top 1 Percent. I spent my first 12 years as a lawyer at the Evansville law firm of Kahn, Dees, Donovan & Kahn, LLP, where I served as a litigation partner. Throughout my career, I have handled a broad range of litigation matters. One case I worked on involved representing a severely injured child in a negligence and product liability lawsuit, which led to a national product recall from the shelves of a Tri-State retailer. Having previously been retained by insurance companies, I bring an understanding of both sides when evaluating cases, which greatly benefits my clients. Today I focus my work entirely on representing individuals in personal injury, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home, and wrongful death cases.
