Mark Bains assists clients in a wide array of real estate matters. This includes commercial and residential real estate transactions and land use planning. He also represents clients in real estate litigation matters, including eminent domain actions, disputes on purchase agreements and leases. Another area of concentration for Mark is construction law. He works with residential and commercial contractors in negotiation and drafting of construction contracts, disputes on contracts, defective workmanship claims, collection actions and mechanic's lien foreclosures.
