Oscar A Butler

Licensed in Tennessee since 2019, Oscar A. Butler, Attorney at Law, formerly served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Office of the District Attorney General - Sixth Judicial District (Knox County, TN). During his time as an ADA, Oscar served in the Elder Abuse Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, DUI Unit, Career Criminal and Gang Unit, and the Felony Drug Unit. Oscar practiced in both Criminal/Circuit Court and General Sessions Court. Currently, Oscar serves as Supervising Attorney at Barnes and Fersten, where he joined in 2023. At Barnes and Fersten, Oscar handled 100s of cases involving felonies and misdemeanors in both Criminal/Circuit Court and General Sessions Courts throughout East Tn.
