I have been an attorney for over 45 years and I am the principal of Allan D. NewDelman, P.C. My primary area of emphasis is debtor representation under Chapters 7, 11, 12 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. For those clients better served through debt settlement, I will work with their creditors in an effort to negotiate a reduction of the debt. It is my belief that every person or business that is facing financial distress should have high quality and competent representation. I strive to bring my many years of experience to the forefront for each and every client to meet that client’s specific needs.
