Law Offices of David Johnson I have devoted nearly all of my practice to Criminal Defense and Bankruptcy Cases. I graduated from the University of Florida; Levin College of Law and before starting my own practice I spent three years with a criminal defense firm and was a Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Both afforded me the opportunity to gain valuable trial experience. I have always been on the side of debtors and those accused of a crime. I have extensive trial experience and motion practice experience in both state and federal settings and have had the opportunity to handle a wide variety of cases in misdemeanor, felony and federal courts.
