Neal Bartlett

I grew up in Simi Valley, California, and my family is from Carpinteria, California. I attended Cal Lutheran University and the University of Oregon School of Law before establishing Bartlett & Herrington. Bartlett & Herrington is a general practice law firm located in the central California coastal town of Carpinteria.
