I focus my attention in the areas of Bankruptcy, Commercial and Business Law, Banking Law, Strategic Business and Asset Protection Planning. I have served as Creditor's Committee Counsel for several businesses, and as a workout specialist for several bankrupt oil and gas businesses. Today, I represent businesses and individuals with financial difficulties, including those seeking bankruptcy protection under the reorganization provisions of Chapters 11, 12 and 13 and in liquidation proceedings under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. This also extends to handling Adversary Proceedings for my clients as well as clients for other attorneys. I also help business and individual creditors to protect their rights in and out of bankruptcy. I regularly appear in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and U.S. District Court. I am called upon on a regular basis to be a speaker or seminar panelist discussing topics of interest to the bankruptcy bar, the financial planning profession and the accounting profession.
