John W. Robinson

John Robinson has been a criminal defense attorney with Bailey & Galyen since 1992. Board Certified in Criminal Law since 1998, he is among the top 10% of Texas attorneys with this distinction, demonstrating extensive experience in defending clients accused of crimes. With over 30 years of experience in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Mr. Robinson has secured numerous dismissals and not guilty verdicts. He is known for his unwavering commitment to protecting constitutional rights and ensuring every client receives aggressive, informed representation. John Robinson currently handles Class A and Class B misdemeanors, expungements, and occupational driver’s license assistance in Tarrant, Dallas, and Denton counties. A Dallas native, he earned his undergraduate degree from UT Arlington in 1988 and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1991, where he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review. Licensed in Texas since 1991, he was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1994. Based in the Bedford office, Mr. Robinson serves as the Managing Attorney for the Dallas and Tarrant County Criminal Law Division.
