Family Law Practice for over 30 years in Butler County. Practice dedicated to family and marital law, representing clients for matters related to marriage, family, and children. Practice includes preparing Wills and other estate planning for clients. (Prior to 1994, additional years of law practice with various law firms.) Fully trained and qualified as collaborative law lawyer since 2002. Court experience includes co-counsel for three capital murder cases, civil and criminal jury trials. Other experience includes thousands of civil and other court hearings, numerous consultations and representation of clients with varied legal matters and concerns. Professionalism Award, in 2013 by Butler County Bar Association, first attorney in a private law practice honored with this annual award, “In recognition of your dedicated service to the legal profession, to the Bar Association, and to our community as an attorney and community leader” Speaker, for continuing legal education seminars for attorneys, most recently in 2011 on family law and 2012 on landlord-tenant law; on-air speaker and off-air advisor for Howard Ain CBS Channel 12 TV News and WLW 700 radio program, 1996-97 President & Immediate Past President of Butler County Bar Association, 2011-13 Former Fairfield Municipal Court Magistrate, served part-time for 30 years.
