Aaron W Saoud

Attorney Aaron W. Saoud is the owner of the AWS Law Firm, which practices Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianships, and other related areas of law in Florida. The AWS Law Firm is based out of Tampa, Florida, and serves the majority of the state, from Jacksonville down to Miami, including Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. The AWS Law Firm currently is comprised of eight upstanding professionals: four lawyers and four support staff to assist them. Attorney Saoud is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the Stetson College of Law, and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Michigan, and Illinois (he is voluntarily inactive in Illinois currently). Additionally, he is also licensed to offer financial advice, which serves his clients well when they are completing their estate plans, trusts, or other asset protection vehicles, which may include Powers of Attorney, Last Wills, Living Wills, Health Care Directives, or the many different variations of Trust Agreements that Florida recognizes to help protect your hard-earned money or inheritance. As a proud board member for two local nonprofit organizations -- Meals on Wheels and the REC Center of Tampa -- Attorney Saoud enjoys the opportunity to lend his time and energy in giving back to the community.
