Michael Oblizajek

I am Michael Oblizajek, though many know me as “Mike” or “MO.” I have dedicated my career to personal injury cases, advocating for clients and securing millions of dollars in settlements. I am committed to standing up against large insurance companies that often deny rightful benefits to individuals injured in auto accidents. My practice spans the entire state of Michigan, focusing on personal injury cases for plaintiffs. This includes motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, food poisoning, dog bites, and premises liability cases such as slip and fall or trip and fall incidents. Earlier in my career, I worked at an insurance defense firm, where I learned the “tricks of the trade” that multi-billion dollar insurance companies use to minimize their payouts. After gaining that experience, I decided to “switch sides.” Now, I draw on that same knowledge to advocate for accident victims and represent plaintiffs.
