Gilbert James Moore III

James Moore is a partner at DMP&H. His practice area focuses on technology law and real estate law. With respect to his technology law practice, he counsels clients on software licenses, data licenses, software development agreements, hosting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, SaaS agreements and various other information technology related contracts. With respect to his real estate law practice, he focuses on commercial real estate with a particular emphasis on office, retail and warehouse leasing, representing both landlords and tenants in all aspects of owning and operating commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and warehouses.
