Emilie Eschbacher

My practice focuses on general business law, health care law, taxation, estate planning and real estate. I have experience in representing financial institutions in legal and compliance matters. I also advise clients on legal, tax and compliance issues on transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, licensing, restructurings, change of ownership issues and compliance with the Affordable Care Act, HIPAA and HITECH. In the area of real estate, I assist clients with the acquisition, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.
