I work exclusively with start-up and small business owners. I help business owners start a business, buy a business, sell a business and raise capital. I have been practicing corporate law since 1998. I spent the first 10 years of my career working for large law firms, serving as corporate counsel to a venture capital fund, and serving as corporate counsel to a publicly trading company. Now, I serve start-up and small business owners in my office at Atlantic Station.
