Matthew Gordon

Matthew Gordon is an experienced associate in the consumer protection practice group at Consumer Justice Law Firm. Matthew earned his B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University, where he was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society and served as a Junior Fellow with the School of Politics and Global Studies. He then attended Emory University School of Law, graduating with Honors in 2025. During law school, he contributed as a Staff Editor and Symposium Editor for the Emory Law Journal, where he helped organize the 2025 Randolph W. Thrower Symposium on digital platform regulation and addictive technologies. Matthew also clerked for a personal injury firm and a boutique litigation firm specializing in real estate disputes. Matthew Gordon’s practice areas include violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, such as Credit Report Errors, Bankruptcy Credit Report Errors, Mixed Credit Reports, Deceased Reporting, and Background Check Errors, as well as Electronic Funds Transfer Act (EFTA) Violations, Identity Theft Recovery, Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) Violations, and Debt Collection Harassment (FDCPA). Matthew is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA).
