Caitlyn Stubbs

Caitlyn S. Stubbs is an Associate Attorney at Rinehart Bryant, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on family law. After beginning her legal career defending clients against criminal charges in Northern Virginia, Caitlyn found her calling in family law — particularly in military divorce and guardianship cases. She brings the same tenacity she developed as a criminal defense attorney to every family law matter she handles, relentlessly pursuing the best possible outcome for each client through skilled negotiation or vigorous courtroom litigation when needed. Caitlyn earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Shippensburg University and her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where she concentrated on litigation. She is admitted to practice before the Virginia State Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Alexandria Division. She is also a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Fredericksburg Bar Association. Outside the office, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her husband, cooking, reading, and traveling.
