Rebecca Medina

Rebecca Medina is an Associate Attorney at Rinehart Bryant, PLLC in Stafford, Virginia, focusing on family law matters. In addition to her family law practice, she brings extensive experience from her background as a criminal defense attorney in the Fredericksburg and Richmond areas. She has also served as a guardian ad litem in hundreds of custody and visitation cases, giving her unique insight into advocating for children's best interests in complex family disputes. Rebecca earned her B.A. in English from Virginia Tech, graduating summa cum laude in 2010, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond TC Williams School of Law, Cum Laude, in 2014.
