Gevork Arutunian

Gevork Arutunian is the Principal Attorney of Arutunian Law Group PLLC, where he represents individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies in their ongoing and often complex U.S. immigration matters. Mr. Arutunian advises start-up companies, foreign enterprises, and established U.S. businesses — including employers in the manufacturing, technology, IT, healthcare, education, and automotive sectors — on the structuring and management of employment-based immigration matters. His experience includes nonimmigrant visa classifications such as L-1, L-1 Blanket, TN, H-1B, O-1, and E-3, as well as advising employers throughout the permanent residence (green card) process for foreign national employees across the full spectrum of employment-based categories, including EB-1, EB-2 (with National Interest Waivers), and EB-3. In addition to corporate and employment-based immigration, Mr. Arutunian represents individuals and families in family-based immigration matters spanning a broad range of petition types — including marriage-based and fiancé(e) petitions, petitions for parents, children, and siblings of U.S. citizens, and representation throughout consular processing and visa interview procedures at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad. Mr. Arutunian received his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean's Scholarship and the Robert J.
