Anthony Arturi, Esq. provides dedicated, energetic and loyal representation to his clients to efficiently protect and advance their interests. He has 23 years of experience in representing large and small clients alike, in matters involving real estate transfers and development, finance, contract and business litigation, commercial litigation, employment law, shareholder disputes, contract and real estate disputes, appellate practice, legal ethics, criminal defense and personal injury matters. His representative clients include real estate developers, industrial service companies, shopping center owners, banks and private lenders and numerous small business owners. Mr. Arturi is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He appears regularly in Chancery and Law Division Courts in northern New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1990 and his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1993. Mr. Arturi began his legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Ariel A. Rodriguez, J.A.D. in the Appellate Division of New Jersey Superior Court and went into private practice immediately thereafter. Mr. Arturi is a member of the Hudson County, Bergen County and Morris County Bar Associations and serves as an arbitrator for the United District Court for the District of New Jersey.
