As the Pre-Litigation Managing Attorney at J&Y Law, I represent individuals throughout California in personal injury cases, including those involving car accident injuries, slip and fall incidents, and premises liability claims. Before joining J&Y Law, I served as a litigator at one of California’s largest personal injury firms. During that time, I gained valuable insight into what it takes to succeed in high-pressure cases and learned how to prepare case files that stand up to intense scrutiny. I now apply those lessons to my pre-litigation approach, always operating under the assumption that any case could proceed to trial and preparing accordingly.
