Arturo C. Aguilar

I was born and raised in South Texas, climbing my way up from very humble beginnings. Throughout high school, I worked minimum wage jobs and faced numerous legal challenges that many ordinary people encounter. After honorably serving in the US Army and teaching at the high school level, I learned the importance of hard work, firmly believing that it surpasses talent every time. My dedication, determination, and integrity have led me to represent publicly traded multi-billion-dollar entities. Being bilingual, I fluently communicate in both Spanish and English and have a deep understanding of Hispanic culture, having been immersed in it from a young age. I have the unique advantage of understanding both Texas and Mexican cultures—a distinction not many lawyers in Texas can claim. In a state where Hispanics are soon expected to comprise 50% of the jury pool, my cultural understanding provides a significant advantage that 97% of lawyers in Texas do not have. This, coupled with my extensive legal experience, makes me quite unique. Many would argue that my abilities and accomplishments are rare among young lawyers. I represent clients ethically, principled, and professionally, steering clear of the politics that often hinder client goals. Most importantly, I am an aggressive young trial lawyer. I have tried several cases to verdict in some of the toughest counties, including Harris, Dallas, and Collin. With actual jury trial experience and having picked several juries myself, I can accurately analyze a case and set realistic expectations for my clients. I have been specifically sought out by major multi-billion-dollar companies, commercial line adjusters of major insurance companies, and small businesses. Despite this, I have not forgotten where I came from and often represent the "little man" or small family-owned businesses when needed.
