With over 30 years of legal experience, I focus on helping individuals and families take control of their future through thoughtful and strategic estate planning. My practice includes comprehensive estate planning tools such as revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and specialized options like special needs trusts and pet trusts. I assist clients in avoiding probate, reducing unnecessary taxes, and ensuring that their assets are distributed according to their wishes. I also have significant experience working with families who care for disabled, chronically ill, or dependent loved ones. When necessary, I provide guidance on guardianship and conservatorship planning to address unique family needs. In addition to estate planning, I assist trustees and personal representatives with estate and trust administration. Beyond estate-related work, I represent students and families in education law matters. I advocate for K–12 students in areas such as IEP and 504 plans, disciplinary proceedings, bullying issues, and administrative disputes. I also represent college and graduate students facing suspension or dismissal, particularly when disability or due-process concerns are involved.
