Jason Costanzo

Jason Costanzo has represented individuals for estate planning and estate administration across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He believes that building personal relationships with each client is the key to rendering legal services successfully. Carefully listening to each client about their particular financial or estate planning goals is critical and has earned Jason recognition as a “Top 40 Under 40” distinction by The National Trial Lawyers and as a “10 Best Attorney for Exceptional and Outstanding Client Service” by the American Institute of Legal Counsel. Jason was also peer nominated as a "Rising Star" by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. Attorney Costanzo is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and the Rochester Institute of Technology. He was born and raised in Albany, New York. After graduating from law school he immediately began as an attorney with ARM Lawyers, and concentrated his practice primarily around the areas of estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters.
