Jalen Richland Toms

I have dedicated my professional career to practicing exclusively in family law since graduating from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the top of my class in 2019. My practice includes handling matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, adoption, prenuptial agreements, and estate planning. Before joining ARlaw Partners, I worked as the Senior Associate Attorney at another family law firm in Central Arkansas. In 2022, I was honored to be voted one of Little Rock's Best Lawyers by Little Rock Soirée, and in 2023, I was recognized as one of the Future 50 by Arkansas Money & Politics Magazine. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. My decision to pursue family law stems from the compassion I feel for those who need guidance and support during challenging times. I care deeply about animals and animal rescue, and I understand that many of my clients are navigating emotionally difficult situations. My commitment to my clients is evident in my energetic and determined representation in the courtroom. Outside of work, I channel my love for animals by spending time with my three dogs, four cats, and seven ducks, and I foster animals whenever I can.
