Lucille A. Bongiovanni

I graduated from Rutgers University Law School in Camden, New Jersey, in 2010. After law school, I practiced at a small, well-regarded Atlantic County litigation firm for several years, focusing on criminal defense, family law, civil litigation, and municipal law. Later, I continued my practice at a respected Camden County litigation firm, where I further developed my skills in those same areas. During this time, I was fortunate to work alongside some of the most talented litigation attorneys in the region, who served as mentors in the formative stages of my legal career. Since beginning my practice, I have gained extensive and varied experience in criminal, family, and civil litigation. I have tried multiple domestic violence cases, municipal court matters, civil trials, and evidentiary hearings. I have also handled numerous appeals at both the State and federal levels and argued before the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court. My work has included representing clients in family law matters such as divorce, custody issues, and child support disputes, as well as criminal and municipal court cases, including DWI in New Jersey. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I strive to be accessible to my clients by responding to phone calls and emails promptly and by maintaining a down-to-earth, honest, and realistic approach when dealing with clients, adversaries, and courts. I understand that I often meet clients during some of the most challenging periods of their lives, and my goal is to help them navigate those times as smoothly as possible.
