Jennifer Lupo is the Managing Member of Lupo Law, Arbitration and Mediation in Manhattan. The firm was founded in 2004 with the guiding principle of providing sound legal and business advice to companies and individuals. The firm works with businesses and individuals who seek to maximize their investment in their business or personal endeavors. Lupo Law acts as outside general counsel to companies at all stages and assists the company’s principals and employees in formulating and executing strong cohesive business strategies. We also assist our business and individual clients with personal matters (i.e. pre-and ante nuptial agreements; real estate; trust and estates). As a dispute resolution neutral, Ms. Lupo has arbitrated or mediated numerous complex disputes and has core competencies in: Business Divorce; Family (incl.
