Anna Katherine D'Agostino

Anna K. D’Agostino is an Associate at Miller Shah LLP, based in the firm’s New York office. She earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in May 2021, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the New York University Journal of International Law & Politics. During law school, she participated in a clinic with the Natural Resources Defense Council and was a member of the executive board for the NYU Law Revue. Before attending law school, she obtained a B.A. in International Political Economy and Spanish Language & Literature from Fordham University. Anna previously worked at the firm as a Project Analyst. Fluent in Spanish, she focuses her practice on complex litigation, particularly in ERISA, whistleblower, and wage and hour matters.
