Anna Drake Dunkum

Anna focuses her practice on individual consumer and business bankruptcies, tax compliance and controversy, corporate and business law, and estate planning and administration. Prior to joining Harry Jernigan CPA Attorney, P.C., Mrs. Dunkum was Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of North Carolina- Greensboro Division. Mrs. Dunkum is admitted to practice in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina and the Eastern District of Virginia as well as all courts in the State of North Carolina and the Commonwealth of Virginia and U.S. Tax Court. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Elon University in 2007 and her Juris Doctor degree from Elon University School of Law in 2010. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar Association and the North Carolina Bankruptcy Law section. Anna is based in our Richmond office.
