Jessica Andritz

Jessica has many years of experience in Charles County handling complex zoning, subdivision, and administrative law matters. She has represented many large developers and local businesses. As part of that process, she actually created several of the Home Owner’s Associations in Charles County. Jessica is well known to the local real estate community, and the members of our local government. Jessica heads up our zoning & land use, home owner’s association, and corporate law departments. Jessica can assist clients in obtaining permits and other development-related approvals (concept plans, preliminary plans, site development plans, and final plats). Her current clients include builders and developers in Maryland, and recent tasks have involved compliance with the Critical Area Law, dispute resolution with homeowners associations, and counseling clients on how to obtain waivers, special exceptions, and variances with local Boards of Appeal. She is the former chair of the Environmental Subcommittee of the Charles County Liaison Committee of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. She also served as co-chair of the Choose Charles Committee of the Charles County Chamber of Commerce. She is a former President of the Waldorf Rotary Club.
