Andrew M Lamkin

Andrew Lamkin is principal in the law firm of Andrew M. Lamkin, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning and special needs planning, including Wills and Trusts, Medicaid planning and estate administration. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Andrew is also a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Elder Law and Probate and Trust sections of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Elder Law focus group of the NY State Bar. Mr. Lamkin is a Certified Court Evaluator and frequently authors articles and conducts seminars for non-profit and civic organizations in the areas of asset protection, estate tax liability, probate, advanced directives, Veterans benefits and special needs planning. Andrew received his J.D. from Widener School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. in Political Science and History from Syracuse University in 1996. Andrew is also an active member of the Plainview Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce and the Senior Umbrella Network of Nassau County (SUNN). Andrew and his wife have a daughter and reside in Plainview, NY.
